With over 40 years of experience in real estate financing, Bill directly oversees billions in residential, multifamily, and commercial property sales. He began his career in 1986 at Glendale Federal Savings & Loan, earning the prestigious “Circle Elite” designation as one of the top 1% of all loan producers. He then became a top loan officer at Bank of America. Expanding into mortgage brokerage in 1992, Bill serves as Vice President of Sales at Trans Capital Mortgage. In 1995, he co-founded William Gregory Mortgage and became its CEO. Under his leadership, the firm became one of Los Angeles’ most successful lenders, funding over $50 billion in prime real estate loans.

Bill is the Chief Executive Officer of Riviera Financial Partners and leads Ravello Escrow in the same role. Licensed under the Department of Business Oversight and the California Bureau of Real Estate as a Real Estate Broker, Bill is additionally licensed under the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System as a Mortgage Loan Originator and is in strict compliance with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
